The BlackBerry Q5 has been officially released at the Canadian company’s annual Live conference in Orlando after several leaks and speculation, promising to bring BlackBerry 10 in at a more cost-effective price.
Eyebrows were raised when BlackBerry’s initial two mobiles to sport the new BB10 OS, the Z10 and Q10, both carried a premium price tags, but initial concerns look to have been laid to rest with the release of the Q5.
Sporting the firms trademark QWERTY keyboard the clear plastic BlackBerry Q5 has been given the isolated buttons on the firm’s later Curve range of mobiles, marking it out as a cheaper choice.
